On a clear, sweet-smelling night, one of those nights that lull you to sleep, I began to travel perceptively yet freely through my mind. After wandering aimlessly for a while, in the distance, not far from where I dreamt, I saw a tiny, etheric being who glowed with colors never seen before by human eyes – colors so bright and varied that I thought they must be the work of magic or the gods.
The tiny being approached and introduced herself. She told me that her name was Yupiigold and that there was nothing to fear: she was the guardian of my imagination and lived and kept her creative workshop in a very special part of my conscience.
She asked me to accompany her to her workshop, where she would show me works with spectacular designs. As you may have guessed, I obviously accepted her invitation, and you can’t begin to imagine the extraordinary and strange things that packed her messy study in a gravity-defying display of creativity.
The most surprising part is what happened next: Yupiigold told me that I could stop by her workshop anytime and she would let me take as many works with me as I wanted, under one condition: I couldn’t keep them for myself and would have to share them with the world.
And so it was. Once I returned from my inner journey, I kept my word and fulfilled my promise to Yupiigold.
This is my story, one I’m sure is very similar to that of all artists.
Lady Yupiigold, always by your side.
